The Ravenna carbon black plant is built in the highly developed northern industrial area not far from one of the busiest commercial ports in Adriatic Sea. Cabot Italiana has been manufacturing carbon black at Ravenna since 1960, producing several grades in three production units. It is the first furnace carbon black plant in Italy and, besides the three production units, runs a power station fed by the tail gas coming from carbon black production process, which provides the energy to run the plant and sells the excess to external grid. Ravenna is site for two entities with a total of 85 employees.
Currently we’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our Ravenna Leadership Team, where you’ll be at the forefront of financial management for three entities located in Italy and Spain, subsidiaries of a US-based multinational company. The Finance manager will be responsible for financial reporting and planning activities, manage relationships with all regulatory authorities, and support growth initiatives as needed
This position requires ensuring compliance with both local regulations and US GAAP standards, working closely with the Global Business Services functions to ensure accurate and timely reporting in accordance with Cabot’s global standards and local gaap for reporting.
Additionally, the Finance Manager will establish and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, statutory auditors, and statutory boards.
